What is your return policy with the cd's?
- If there's a problem with the cd itself or the packaging, get in touch within 30 days of purchase, and it will be replaced.
How about the T-shirts and mugs?
- that's a little different: the t-shirts and mugs are "print on demand" items, meaning i don't have shelves and shelves of those things at my house- they are created by some fine folks in North Carolina. You CANNOT request a return a t-shirt because it doesn't fit, so select your size carefully.
What if i ordered a small t-shirt, but was sent a large- can i return it?
-Absolutely. Check out the last question for instructions.
What if i ordered a shirt, but the logo was vertical, not horizontal?
-Yeah, you can return that, too.
What if i ordered a shirt, but instead of your logo, it had "Justin Bieber forever"?
- First- get in touch, give me your phone number, and I'll call- no one should have to go through such a thing alone. Second- that's DEFINITELY a return.
Ok, i have a t-shirt/mug that is defective and I'd like a new one- how do I do this?
Simple- take a picture of the item (specifically, the problem area), and send it to:
